Highly recommend this location. Very clean facility, but the most important reason is that their customer service is very friendly, and professional. Had and issue, and was helped instantly.

I went late last night looking to wash my truck & my dog. I read reviews before going . First thing it is "token only" which I had a pocket full of quarters! Luckily I had figured that out barely. Second, after reading reviews of how great the suds were in car wash bays, there was hardly any soap in high pressure wash. THEN I started the foam brush and literally one drop of suds for a 4dr truck!! And I spent $13 in tokens to have to put more effort in wiping my truck down afterwards. Needless to say after loading my big dog in truck & driving to the other side of Irving , was not able to wash him BECAUSE ITS TOKEN ONLY & I had 2 tokens & a $5 bill & it's $10 to start !! Frustration level at this point was a solid 10!

Everything words and just a little more expensive per minute. Took me 19 minutes to complete my car wash I could have almost paid a drive-through car wash for the same effect

The best I've went to in irving! The soap brush actually has soap and doesn't just cough at you. Also has tap to pay so you don't have to get coins or tokens . Many bays so you get in and out quickly
